A starving student in Halifax was shocked when he discovered a stack of 20 dollar bills the size of a loaf of bread. The 10,000 dollars was hardly visible beneath the shelving of a bank machine at Saint Mary's University. Jamie Hawkins 29, was overwhelmed when he discovered the money, and new he had to return it. "I was just so overwhelmed with the amount of money" Jamie said. "It just felt like the right thing to do to hand it over. I had this little voice inside of me that said, 'It's not yours. Hand it in.'"
The fat stack of cash was accidently left behind by security guards who had been refilling the machine. No word on weather Jamie will receive a reward, or if the guards will be disiplined.
